The Camp Airy and Camp Louise Mega-Reunion is now open to all former campers and staff whether you attended for one season or 20 years. It is the perfect opportunity to revisit your childhood camp and see former bunkmates.
Alumni may not be a current camper or CIT and must have completed their senior year of high school.
The first 100 people to register will be entered into a raffle to win the following prizes: alumni t-shirt, free business card ad in the Ad book, and a free ticket to the Mega-Reunion.

Camp Airy and Camp Louise were founded under the guiding principle that all children should be able to attend summer camp. Now more than ever we need your to help to continue to make this a reality. The ad book is a great way to say hello to fellow alum, honor a current camper, shout out to your CIT brothers/sisters, thank camp or your favorite staff member. Purchasing an ad is also a great way to immortalize your business in the minds of everyone associated with Airy and Louise. The Camp Airy and Camp Louise Mega-Reunion will begin at 2:00 pm at both camps, and we will come together at Camp Airy for dinner and amazing evening activities!
The schedule of the day will be as follows:

During the Round Robin of activities participants will have the opportunity to attend a variety of activities including Arts & Crafts, Athletics, Ropes Course, Folkdance, Go-carts, Paintball, Nature, as well as take tours of camp and meet with camp leadership, and much, much more.
For the safety and security of our campers, there will be minimal parking available at Camp Airy and Camp Louise the day of the Mega-Reunion. Parking for the event will be available at Catoctin High School, located at 14745 Sabillasville Road, Thurmont, MD 21788. Shuttle buses will be running from Catoctin High School to both Camp Airy and Camp Louise. The first shuttle bus will depart at 1:45 for Camp Louise and 2:00 pm for Camp Airy, and buses will depart every 15 minutes until 2:45 pm, and then we will be making continual trips to the parking lot throughout the day. At 5:00 pm, shuttle buses will be available to transport people from Camp Louise to Camp Airy for dinner and evening activities.
Limited parking will be available at both camps on a first-come first-serve basis for those who are unable to take the shuttle bus for medical reasons, or for families with infants. Please indicate on your registration form if you will require this parking and someone will contact you once your registration is received.
VIP luxury transportation is being offered from the Baltimore and Washington area for an additional fee. A bus will leave the Owings Mills/Pikesville area at 12:45 pm and return at approximately 11:00 pm. A bus will leave the Rockville area at 12:45 pm and will return at approximately 11:00 pm. Please indicate on your registration form if you are interested in this transportation. Minimum registration is required.
We have arranged to have a block of hotel rooms reserved for Saturday, July 24 and Sunday July 25 in Frederick, Maryland through Marriot hotels. Information can be found at http://cwp.marriott.com/wasfr/campairyandlouisereunion. A complimentary shuttle will be offered from the hotels, departing at 1:45 pm
Prior to the Mega-Reunion, you will receive a mailing that includes wrist-bands for everyone in your family who has registered for the event. It is imperative that you where this wristband the day of the Mega-Reunion. For safety reasons, no one will be permitted to enter camp if he/she is not wearing a wristband.
If you indicated on your registration form that you require parking at camp the day of the Mega-Reunion, you will be contacted directly and will receive a special parking permit. It is imperative that you display this parking permit the day of the Mega-Reunion. No cars will be allowed to enter camp without a parking permit.
If you are a custodial parent/guardian and have a camper that will be at Camp Airy or Camp Louise on July 25, you will have the opportunity to spend time with him/her during evening activities. Please indicate on your registration form that you have a camper you would like to "Check-out" during the event and you will receive an email with more information. For the safety and security of our campers, no camper will be released to anyone other than a parent/guardian. Campers will only be released prior to evening activities, and you must request that your camper join your for evening activities during the registration process.
Camp Airy and Camp Louise have graciously agreed to subsidize the cost of the Mega-Reunion for participants. The price of the Mega-Reunion is as follows:
