Food Services

We are excited to share that once again we have the folks from "The Classic Catering People" overseeing and providing all the production of our meals for the coming summer. ("Classic," one of the Baltimore area's leading caterers, is renown for their quality service and preparation of delicious tasting foods as well as excellent presentation of meals.) Meals are served family and/or buffet style and are "kosher style" in their preparation (meat and dairy products are not combined in a single meal, no pork products or shell fish products are part of our menu.) Menus are planned with an eye towards camper tastes, nutritional needs and just fun dining experiences. Campers will enjoy cookouts during their stay as well.
