parent guide - departure from camp

PICK UP YOUR CHILD BEFORE 12:00 NOON ON THE LAST DAY OF HIS OR HER SESSION. (except the August 6th pick up time–by 11:00am)

Please be sure to make these stops in the following order when you arrive to take your child home:

1. Camp Bank: to withdraw balance or settle accounts.
   
2. Lost & Found: to pick up any misplaced articles that may not have been marked.
3. Health Center: to pick up medication and get any special medical information.
4. Bunk: to inform counselor and your child that you have arrived.

Please check clothes lines and be sure to take laundry, sleeping bags, sports equipment, and all other personal items with you. On August 20th, some large items left behind will be taken to our Baltimore Office and can be picked up there. None will be mailed. Items left after September 30th will be donated to charitable organizations.

Do not bring pets to camp on arrival and departure days.
