Accreditations and Important Information
Accredited & Certified
We'd like you to know our camps are fully accredited by the American Camp Association. Our camps acknowledge and meet the most comprehensive standards of camping in the country. We have also met or exceeded all the standards as set by the Maryland Youth Camp Safety Act.
Other Information
- There are no parent visiting days.
- Phone calls are only made in emergency situations, but parents are encouraged to call the camps whenever a concern is felt or just to ask, "How is my camper doing?"
- Campers cannot be admitted prior to the day they are due to arrive at camp nor held over past the date and time of their departure.
- Plan on arriving in the morning of your first scheduled day unless otherwise noted.
- The camp refund policy is clearly stated on the camper application. Please review it carefully.
- In the spring, each parent or guardian of a registered camper will receive our Parent Guide, which offers more detailed information regarding preparation for camp and the camp experience itself. The guide also includes the required Health History and Examination form.
- Of course, if you have any questions or concerns at any time, please call the Baltimore office at 410-466-9010 or e-mail us at airlou@airylouise.org.
