Important Information
- There are no parent visiting days.
- Phone calls are only made in emergency situations, but parents are
encouraged to call the camps whenever a concern is felt or just to ask,
"How is my camper doing?"
- Campers cannot be admitted prior to the day they are due to arrive at
camp nor held over past the date and time of their departure.
- Plan on arriving in the morning of your 1st scheduled day - except
campers signed up for our Monday, August 4 session. Those campers will
need to arrive after 1:00 p.m. that afternoon
“My wife, Debra, and I wanted to take a moment to
express our sincerest thanks and warmest appreciations for
your efforts in our daughter's opportunity to attend Camp Louise this
summer.”
- Upon arrival, each camper establishes a bank account. This money
can be used as spending money for campteen; in addition, these accounts
may be charged for additional/supplemental Arts and Crafts materials
as well as for optional trips. Campers have specified banking times
to withdraw money.
- Each camper is given a liberal weekly laundry allowance. Overages
will be deducted from the camper's bank account.
- Bed linens, blankets and pillows are provided.
- The camp refund policy is clearly stated on the camper application.
Please review it carefully.
- In the spring, each registered camper's parent will receive our
PARENT GUIDE which offers more detailed information regarding preparation
for camp and the camp experience itself. The guide also includes the
required Health History and Examination form.
- Of course, if you have any questions or concerns at any time, please
call the Baltimore office at 410-466-9010 or e-mail us at
