What is Parisi?

Camps Airy and Louse are proud to be one of the only summer camps in the country to offer The Parisi Speed School powered by Lifebridge Health & Fitness. This nationally renowned speed and performance school empowers athletes to improve performance by focusing on the essential skills needed to get faster and stronger. It is a fun, different approach to athletic exercise.

The classes are available to Airy and Louise campers of all ages and are conducted by professional Parisi coaches.

Baltimore NFL stars Ray Rice and Fabian Washington have endorsed the program and link using Parisi with helping improve their draft status-both were first round picks and Fabian ran the fastest 40-yard dash of the 2005 NFL combine at 4.25 seconds.
