The following forms are available to download for the 2009 camping season:

• Stake Your Claim for the Summer 2009
  For campers to reserve their space for Summer 2009.

The following forms were for the 2008 camping season:

• 2008 Camper Applications for Camps Airy & Louise
• Special Programs Registration Form
• Supplemental Permission Form
  For all campers.
• SCUBA Waiver Form
  Gives permission for campers to participate in Try SCUBA. Campers must be 10 years and older. Sign-ups for this activity will occur at camp. There is an additional charge for this activity.
• Krav Maga Waiver Form
  For Camp Louise campers only (all ages). Gives permission for campers to participate in Krav Maga. Campers will sign up for this activity in camp. There are no additional charges for this activity.
