New Camper Incentive

Campers new to Camps Airy & Louise are eligible for an incentive off the base cost:

  • $500 off for 1st-time camper going to either Short Session
  • $700 off for 1st-time camper going to 2nd Long Session
  • $900 off for 1st-time camper going to 1st Long Session

The new camper incentive may not be combined with any other discount or incentive, including One Happy Camper grants. Families are requested to apply for One Happy Camper or PJ Goes to Camp grants if supported in their local community. The Airy & Louise New Camper Incentive is provided as a backup should the local community not provide support.

Long sessions are for campers entering 2nd through 11th grade in the fall of 2022.

Leadership Training Activity Fees (rising 10th and 11th grades)

  • CAs (entering 11th grade) – $200
  • STs (entering 10th grade) – $175

Only campers entering 2nd through 5th grade only in the fall of 2022 are eligible to attend a short session.

Leadership Training Activity Fee

CITs (entering 12th grade) – $225

Fee includes laundry, excess medical insurance, canteen, arts & crafts supplies, AiryLou activities, bunk photo and camp t-shirt. Some activities have age and skill requirements. Add-on experiences such as water trips and the NYC Trip are subject to additional fees.


If you are experiencing financial hardship, consider applying for a Campership. These scholarships are based on financial need.

Due Dates

$600 deposit due with application.

For returning families taking advantage of the pick-up day special, tuition balance is due by December 15, 2021.

After February 1, 2022, full tuition payment is required for enrollment.

Payment Method

A 1.95% credit card processing fee will be added to all payments by credit card. This processing fee is non-refundable.

There is no fee to pay by debit card, cash, check, or money order.

Refund Policy

Camp must be notified in writing for enrollment cancellation with the following understanding:

  1. All tuition payments are refundable prior to 1/1/2022.
  2. Cancellations on or after 1/1/2022 will incur a $250 administrative fee.
  3. Cancellations on or after 3/1/2022 will incur a $750 administrative fee.
  4. Cancellations on or after 4/1/2022 will incur a $1250 administrative fee.
  5. Cancellations on or after 5/1/2022 will incur a $2000 administrative fee.
  6. Cancellations on or after 6/1/2022 are non-refundable.
