New Camper Incentive
Campers new to Camps Airy & Louise are eligible for an incentive off the base cost:
- $500 off for 1st-time camper going to either Short Session
- $700 off for 1st-time camper going to 2nd Long Session
- $900 off for 1st-time camper going to 1st Long Session
The new camper incentive may not be combined with any other discount or incentive, including One Happy Camper grants. Families are requested to apply for One Happy Camper or PJ Goes to Camp grants if supported in their local community. The Airy & Louise New Camper Incentive is provided as a backup should the local community not provide support.

The 1st and 2nd short sessions are available to rising 2nd – 5th graders.
New short session beginning Summer 2026! We’re excited to announce a new 3rd short session as a one-time experience offered to new campers who are rising 2nd and 3rd graders.

Leadership Training Activity Fee
CITs (entering 12th grade) – $250
Fee includes laundry, excess medical insurance, canteen, arts & crafts supplies, AiryLou activities, bunk photo and camp t-shirt. Some activities have age and skill requirements. Add-on experiences such as water trips are subject to additional fees.
Camperships
If you are experiencing financial hardship, consider applying for a Campership. These scholarships are based on financial need.
Due Dates
$600 deposit due with application.
For returning families taking advantage of the pick-up day special, tuition balance is due by February 16, 2026.
After February 1, 2026, full tuition payment is required for enrollment.
Payment Method
A 2.4% credit card processing fee will be added to all payments by credit card. This processing fee is non-refundable.
There is no fee to pay by debit card, cash, check, or money order.
Refund Policy
Camp must be notified in writing for enrollment cancellation with the following understanding:
- All tuition payments are refundable prior to 1/1/2026.
- Cancellations on or after 1/1/2026 will incur a $250 administrative fee.
- Cancellations on or after 2/1/2026 will incur a $500 administrative fee.
- Cancellations on or after 3/1/2026 will incur a $750 administrative fee.
- Cancellations on or after 4/1/2026 will incur a $1250 administrative fee.
- Cancellations on or after 5/1/2026 will incur a $2000 administrative fee.
- Cancellations on or after 6/1/2026 are non-refundable.
