Since first opening our gates in 1922, Camps Airy & Louise has been dedicated to providing children a summer experience that enhances their Jewish identity and creates opportunities for self-growth and life skills, regardless of their families’ income level. As the only brother-sister, single-gender, Jewish residential camp in the United States, we embrace our responsibility to invite everyone to attend our camps and that’s where we need your help.
Through “The Awesome Fund“, we help hundreds of campers each summer by providing them camp scholarships (or “camperships”, as we refer to them) so they have the opportunity to spend a few weeks on the mountain. And our Capital Campaign helps us constantly re-invest in new resources – over the past few years, we’ve added Parkour and Skateboard courses at Camp Airy and opened our state-of-the-art performing arts center “Jill’s Place” at Camp Louise. These activities continue to help children to Find Their Inner Awesome.
